Presenter
Deborah Peddle-Hann is the founder and owner of Journey to Wellness. She is an award winning fitness and wellness specialist with over 17 years experience. Voted as one of Halifax’s top personal trainers the last four years, Deb has made it her life mission to help as many people as possible live their healthiest and best life. Although she camped and hiked as a child, and was an avid collector of those coveted outdoor Girl Guide badges, her love of backpacking was ignited in her mid-40s. What started as an interest to explore Nova Scotia trails has turned into a passion to reach those stunning places only a tiny percentage of the population ever get to see in person. “To walk in nature is to witness a thousand miracles!”

The webinar is offered in partnership with Journey to Wellness the Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage.
