It will take place at 7:00 pm (doors open at 6:30) on Thursday, June 26 at Patagonia Halifax in downtown Halifax (408-1496 Lower Water Street). Light refreshments will be available.

Presenter
Steve Skafte is a writer and photographer from Bridgetown, Nova Scotia, where he's lived all his life. Since he turned twenty in 2007, he’s kept and shared an uninterrupted daily journal online, with stories and adventures from all over the wilds of the province — and how it felt to be there. Much of his time is wrapped up in finding forgotten human history that has been left behind in the woods. His most recent book is This River Was Once a Road.

This talk is offered in partnership with Abandoned Roads of Nova Scotia, Patagonia Halifax and the Nova Scotia Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage.
