Liscombe Hiking Adventure

A portion of the proceeds will support Hike Nova Scotia!

In partnership with Hike Nova Scotia, Liscombe Lodge proudly hosts this special “Hike-Eat-Stay” weekend getaway. Come hike with us as we explore the Liscombe River Trail with guide Lori Taylor. You’ll build up an appetite for a BBQ back at the Lodge followed by a short evening hike. You’ll wrap up your day resting your legs and warming your feet by the bonfire. When you’re ready to cozy in for night you will be lulled to sleep by the beautiful sounds of the Liscombe River. This adventure is available with or without accommodation.

The Hike

Experience the beauty of our trails with local trail expert, Lori Taylor. First you will explore the Liscombe River Trail where you will cross the suspension bridge overlooking the waterfall and nearby fish ladder. Following dinner, Lori will take you on a short evening hike of the Mayflower Trail. Rated as moderate in difficulty, the Liscombe River Trail hike is 9.6 km return; the Mayflower Trail is 2.9 km return.
