How to Form a Hiking Group

Hike Nova Scotia’s How to Form a Hiking Group webinar will take place on Wednesday, October 5 at 7 pm. It is geared for experienced hikers who are thinking about forming their own hiking club or group. You’ll hear from three folks who helped create clubs in their communities. We’ll talk about how they got started, challenges they've faced and tips for new groups.

Note: This is a live webinar only; there will be no recording available afterward.

Presenters
This panel of speakers includes Leonard LeBlanc from Les Hikers, Janice Rand from the Lunenburg County Hikers and Jonathan Riley from the Fundy Erratics.

It is offered in partnership with the NS Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage.

Cost
Registration is required in advance. It is free for Hike NS paid members and $20 for non-members (who then receive a free one-year individual membership). There is a limited number of spots available.
