Engaging Your Board in Fundraising

Hike Nova Scotia’s Engaging Your Board in Fundraising will take place on May 24 at 7 pm. From campaign and special event leadership, planning and implementation, and community connections, an organization’s Board of Directors can play a significant role in the success of its fundraising efforts. This presentation focuses on approaches to get your board engaged in your organization’s fundraising activities; to leverage their skills and knowledge and give effective strategic direction to the passion that brought them “on board” with your mission.  Topics include board requirements/expectations, recruitment, the role of staff, fundraising plan development, and overall board governance.

Note: This is a live webinar only; there will be no recording available afterward.
